Rail head → godown → party, on one screen

Every rake, every truck, every bag — accounted for.

H&T 1.0 is the working system of a handler and transporter: material booked in against the railway receipt, orders raised for the dealers and their parties, trucks loaded and dispatched, and the stock and paperwork reconciled at the far end — without a single register or WhatsApp thread in the middle.

Where every order starts: a rake at the handling point

One order, end to end

Seven steps — and the system always knows which one you are on

Nothing moves to the next stage until the one before it is signed off, so a truck at the gate and the sheet in the office can never disagree about what is on it.

1 Rake inBooked against its railway receipt at the handling point
2 StockCompany-wise, product-wise, live at every RH and godown
3 OrderOne party at a time, or a whole rail head in one panel
4 ApprovalHeld until an approver signs it off — singly or in a batch

7 ReceivedFull or short — a shortage goes to review, not to silence

What is inside

The whole operation, in modules you can hand out one at a time

A storekeeper gets the godown screens, an approver gets the queue, an operator gets order entry. Each login carries its own list, and the sidebar only shows what it holds.

Rake & Stock

Rakes from booking to DC, tonnes lifted against the RR, and a stock ledger that answers what is left at each rail head by company and product.

Order Entry

Single party entry with district, dealer and party pickers — or the RH/Road panel that takes a dozen parties and submits them in one press.

Order Processing

Approval queue, company allocation sheet, splitting a dealer's allocation among its parties, and part-loading a lorry from what a line still owes.

By Road — Warehouse

A module of its own: inward, godown allotment, dispatch, transfers, adjustments, reconciliation and the month register the warehouse is actually run from.

Fleet & Godowns

Vehicles, drivers and the sheds they run between, with each godown's own stock and movement history behind it.

Bills & Challans

Delivery challans, ERP and Tally formats, loading slips and e-way bills — printed off the order they belong to, never retyped.

Reports

Movement, dispatch and handling figures for any window, on screen or straight out to CSV and Excel for whoever asked for them.

Masters

Handlers, companies, rail heads, products, rates, godowns, dealers, sub-dealers and vehicles — with the imported archive kept apart from the live list.

Users, Audit & Settings

Roles and per-module permissions, an audit trail of every change with the name against it, and the settings the whole system reads from.

Two ways in, one set of books

Material by rake and material by road are separate jobs — not separate systems

They get their own screens because they are worked differently. They share the masters, the stock and the reports, so the month closes once.

By Rail Rake

A rake is entered against its railway receipt and worked down from there.

  • Running, arrived and DC stages set by a person, not guessed from a date
  • Tonnes lifted against the RR, company and product wise
  • Company allocation sheet, live, with the dealer's share held constant
  • Past rake reports read straight out of the client's own workbooks

By Road Warehouse

Its own screens and its own tables — it reads the rake data and changes none of it.

  • Inward, godown allotment and part-load dispatch, lorry by lorry
  • Transfers, adjustments and reconciliation against the ledger
  • The month register: opening, receiving, dispatches, closing
  • Farm expense and handling claim, neither touching the stock
